Reaching in Reaching Out (RIRO) for Agencies
Closed Group Training for Your Educators — Delivered by Alberta’s Dayhome Support Network
Support Your Educators with RIRO Resilience Training
Reaching IN… Reaching OUT (RIRO) is a nationally recognized, evidence-based resilience skills training program developed in Canada for adults who work with young children. It was created by a team of psychologists, researchers, and early childhood professionals to help adults build the emotional and cognitive skills needed to manage stress, model resilience, and support the development of resilience in children.
Alberta’s Dayhome Support Network offers closed group RIRO training for agencies with 10 or more educators.
To request a private group training for your agency, please fill out our interest form.
Public Intakes Also Available
If you aren’t able to gather a group of 10 educators, we also offer regular public intakes for educators. These are open intakes where providers from all over Alberta can join.
