Description
Research shows that positive childhood experiences (PCEs) help children grow into healthy, resilient adults. The HOPE National Resource Center developed the strengths-based HOPE framework to help professionals promote PCEs and better support children and families. The center of the HOPE framework is the Four Building Blocks of HOPE, the key types of positive childhood experiences that all children need to thrive.
The HOPE National Resource Center offers trainings, tools, and research to help professionals promote PCEs through the HOPE framework. Our interactive Introduction to HOPE online course walks you through the research behind PCEs, the power of the brain to heal, the Four Building Blocks of HOPE, and what the HOPE framework looks like in practice.
