During the winter season, home care providers face unique challenges that can impact their overall well-being and, in turn, the care they provide.  This online presentation will help you explore ways to care for yourself, become aware of the unique challenges that winter brings, and discover strategies that can help you navigate wellness during what is often experienced as the most stressful season in the year.

Explore how to create supportive and enjoyable mealtime experiences in a dayhome setting. We will introduce menu planning, focusing on the plate model, food groupings, and beverage choices for children. The session also covers building positive feeding relationships, offering family-style meals, establishing consistent routines, and navigating common mealtime challenges such as transitions, picky eating, and trying new foods.
