Alberta’s Dayhome Support Network (ADSN) – Terms & Conditions
By registering for any event, accessing our resources, or making a purchase from Alberta’s Dayhome Support Network (ADSN), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Event Registration (Virtual and In-Person)
Confirmation: Your registration is confirmed once payment has been received and processed.
Access: Virtual events may be accessed via a unique Zoom link or similar platform. You are responsible for having the necessary technology and internet connection to participate.
Event Changes: ADSN reserves the right to modify event content, speakers, timing, or platform as necessary. In the rare event of a cancellation by ADSN, a credit or alternative will be offered.
Participant Conduct: Respectful and professional behavior is expected at all times during events. ADSN reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive or inappropriate conduct without refund.
Recording Notice: Events may be recorded for internal or participant use. By attending, you consent to being recorded unless otherwise stated.
2. Resource Purchases
Digital Downloads: All resource purchases are for personal or program use only and may not be redistributed, shared, or resold without written permission from ADSN.
Usage Rights: Resources are designed to support dayhome providers in Alberta. Purchasers may print and use resources within their own dayhome or program but may not share them with others.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase.
This includes:
Event registrations (virtual and in-person)
Digital resources
Memberships and subscriptions
