ABOUT THIS SESSION

Families say they can’t find quality dayhomes. Dayhome providers say they can’t find families.
The missing link? Effective marketing.

In this two-hour professional-development session, you’ll learn how to make your dayhome visible— and irresistible— to the families who are already searching for care. We’ll cover:

  • What is Marketing?
A simple explanation of what “marketing” means and how it can help small, home-based dayhomes like yours.

  • What Makes Your Dayhome Special?
Learn how to find what makes your program different and how to talk about it so the right families notice you.

  • Simple Branding
Tips for picking a name, logo, colours, and a short message (tagline) that shows what your dayhome is all about.

  • Getting Found Online
Do you need a website? We’ll cover easy, low-cost ways to get online, what pages to include, and how to help families find you.

  • Smart Advertising
Ideas for where and how to advertise — like local Facebook groups, printed flyers, and working with others in your community.

  • Building Trust with Reviews
How to ask for and use reviews or kind words from current families to help new families feel confident choosing your dayhome.

You’ll leave with actionable steps, a printable checklist, and renewed confidence in filling (and keeping) your spots full.

Can’t catch the session live? There will be a 30-day recording available for all registrants.
