What’s it all about?

Running a dayhome is rewarding—but let’s be real, it can also be exhausting. Long days, emotional labour, and the pressure to do it all can leave you feeling isolated and burned out.

That’s why we created Banish Burnout—a monthly check-in made just for you. It’s a judgment-free space where dayhome providers come together to recharge, reflect, and reconnect.

Here’s what you can expect each month:

Inspiration – We kick things off with a short, powerful video that sparks fresh thinking on stress, exhaustion, isolation, or self-care.
Real Talk – Then we open the floor for conversation. Share your experience, ask questions, or just listen in—it’s completely up to you.
Connection – Wrap up with meaningful connection and support from others who truly get it. This is your place to feel seen, heard, and encouraged.

Why join?
Because you deserve the same care you give to others.
Because connection is powerful.
Because one hour a month can make a big difference.

Whether you’re overwhelmed, thriving, or somewhere in between—this space is for you. Show up with your coffee, your cozy socks, and your honest self. You belong here.
