Burnout versus depression- how do you tell the difference? Burnout is usually thought of as something that happens professionally or caused by work stress. But the way it makes you feel can feel similar to depression. A common definition is that it has three components: exhaustion, cynicism, and inefficacy.
Did you know that social isolation can actually cause your brain to shrink? Watch this video to learn more about the effects of social isolation and what you can do to undo the changes.
Stress can be physical or mental, and the symptoms of a mental breakdown can subtly sneak up on you and grow out of control if you don’t catch the signs early. So, to help better your mental health, let’s catch the signs early on and see if we can figure out together if you are mentally breaking down.
