Your policies are the foundation of your business—they protect you, guide families, and keep your program running smoothly. But as your dayhome grows and evolves, those documents can quickly become outdated or unclear. Regularly reviewing and updating your handbook, contracts, and procedures helps ensure your expectations are clear, your boundaries are respected, and your program remains professional and consistent.

In this guided workshop, you’ll walk step-by-step through how to evaluate your existing policies, identify gaps or confusing language, and make meaningful updates that reflect your program’s values and priorities. We’ll also discuss strategies for communicating changes to families with confidence and transparency.

You’ll leave with a clear plan for reviewing and updating your own policies—and the confidence to ensure they truly work for you, not against you.

This workshop requires a minimum of 15 participants to run. If we don't reach that number, all registrants will receive a full refund.
