About this Session:
Little Warriors offers a free workshop called Prevent It! to educate adults to help prevent and respond to child sexual abuse. The workshop is offered in-person and online for groups and individuals. The Prevent It! workshop provides participants with a toolkit for change:
• What to watch for and concerning signs
• Grooming
• Internet Safety
• Identifying and avoiding high-risk situations
• When and how to start conversations about child sexual abuse
• How to use everyday situations to initiate conversations • How to react to a child who may be disclosing abuse
• How to report child sexual abuse
• Resources such as reading materials, checklists and information visuals.
